Local, national and international market development skills have been developed throughout 20 years of academic and practical experience in the marketing field and always utilising up-to-date technologies.

With 9 years of experience in cross-cultural tertiary education environments developing and delivering marketing subjects by utilising ICT such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word and on-line platforms.

I am passionate about utilising my extensive experience and knowledge in livelihood development to helping people lead socioeconomically sustainable lives, especially those that have been less fortunate than others and face sever vulnerabilities.

Throughout my career I have learnt that understanding and adapting to people’s lives and viewpoints is the key to developing successful strategies. This knowledge and experience has allowed me to extensively develop my cross-cultural skills and abilities across continents and in a variety of cultures.

As a creative visionary with many years of experience and academic knowledge in strategic marketing, developing short, medium and long term marketing plans now comes rather naturally. Coupled with international financial and budget experience, the marketing strategies that I prepare always come fully presented with realistic financial forecasting models for worst and best case scenarios.

Having personally established three start-up businesses (Asia Down Under, Mao’s Motorcycles and Sino Culture Exchange Association) and consulted many other start-up businesses in China, Australia, Tanzania, Slovenia and Canada. In addition to my marketing experience, I possess the necessary skills and knowledge necessary when establishing any new venture (big or small) across various industries and countries.

As part of my passion in assisting people to reach their full potential by building upon their capabilities, I have exceptional skills in developing programmes that inform and train people at all levels of the social spectra, in order for them to develop socially and economically.

I am a life-long learner, I love learning and the best way to achieve this I have found is through evidence-based research. Expert research skills have been developed in both qualitative and quantitative research methods; to achieve this NVivo and SPSS software has been mastered.
